Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 20% charge for in-salon bookings or result in the loss of your Booking Fee if you booked online.

Allergy Patch Test

All colour services require an allergy patch test at least 48hrs before your appointment.

This is renewed for existing clients every 6 months.

Please remember that all colour prices are 'starting from' prices. Your final bill may be more if you require additional colour, treatments, or services during your visit.
